We are looking forDeputy head of the development department, who will monitor project deadlines and compliance with all regulated steps regarding the introduction of new products into the range.

• implement, supervise and develop systems of control and automation of project management
• responsible for maintaining and developing the tool "Kanban Board"
• monitoring the work of the department

• deputize for the head of the department in his absence (perform administrative functions)
• make and agree with the head of monthly plans
• prepare monthly reports on the department's work performed
• perform the tasks and instructions of the manager

From you we expect:

• higher education
• experience in a managerial position or in project management
• experience of working with automation tools from 6 months
• knowledge of the English language at the level of Intermediate and higher
• knowledge of computer programs Word, Excel, 1C - mandatory
• willingness to learn and develop
• leadership qualities, time management skills, analytical abilities
• ability to find a common language with employees
• opportunity to go on business trips
