Your main responsibilities will be:

• Administration of the work of design and design employees
• Ensuring the work of the department in the preparation of the project documentation package with its own or external resources
• Participation in tender procedures for the determination of an external contractor for the execution of project works
• Verification and confirmation of the cost of project works
• Organization and control of the signing of contracts and additional agreements for the development of project documentation (design projects), including verification of the terms of payment, the subject of the contract, repayment of the cost, analysis and approval of amendments made by the contractor
• Organization and control of the submission of information for making advance payments and payment of contracts for the development of project documentation and design projects, as well as control of actual payments
• Monitoring of the financing schedule of external design contractors
• Organization of financial reporting activities under contracts for project work
• Organization of verification of acts of completed works for compliance with the terms of contracts and the actual volume of completed works
• Participation in the preparation of budgets for opening stores, as well as in the calculation of investments
• Development of standards, solutions and templates for optimization of design processes
• Development of technical (project) solutions and approaches with further input to the "Concept of construction of stores "Silpo""
• Organization of conclusion of consulting contracts and additional agreements regarding inspection of premises structures, inspection of sections of the SPD and receipt of reports on their compliance with the requirements of regulatory documentation
• Identification of the contractor, conclusion of contracts for the verification of sections of the SPD
• Organization and participation in project meetings, verification and coordination of projects developed by external designers (if necessary)
• Development of object concepts

For work you will need:

• Control of project documentation: formation of specifications for design, formation of requirements for systems and related units
• Knowledge of state regulatory documents regarding design and construction (DBN, DSTU, GOST, SNiP)
• Availability of implemented projects (add a portfolio)
• Experience in conducting tenders for the implementation of design works
• Experience in specialized programs (AutoCad/Revit/Naviswork/federated model management, MS Office)
