For the position of Retention Manager - we are looking for a specialist who will create and launch effective customer retention mechanisms, strengthen their loyalty and directly influence the growth of the company's profits.
This is a person who does not just propose solutions, but implements them, taking responsibility for the result.
Responsibilities:
- Audit of current CRM communications: email, SMS, messengers and chatbots;
- Configuration and optimization of trigger chains (welcome, retention, winback, etc.);
- Development of base segmentation: behavior, status, activity;
- Generation of hypotheses, launch A/B tests, performance analysis;
- Work in conjunction with the content team, designers, developers.
- Building a roadmap: creating and managing a roadmap to improve customer retention, prioritizing tasks based on data.
- Communication channels: email, push, SMS, messengers and chatbots; message frequency management.
Mandatory hard skills:
- Ability to build chains and manual segmentation
- Experience working with Tier-1 / Tier-2 audiences
- Strong analytical skills: ability to form hypotheses, test and evaluate results.
- English - B2+

- Salary tied to the dollar, $1000-$2000 per fork.
- Work schedule (from 9:00 a.m. to 18:00 ) there is also a lunch break and coffee breaks.
