  • organization and coordination of the work of the kitchen staff: setting tasks, distribution of shifts, control of execution;

  • control of balances, participation in write-offs and inventories;
  • training and adaptation of new production workers;

  • knowledge of cooking technology dishes, cooking standards, sanitary rules and HACCP;
