Your tasks:
- organization and coordination of the work of the kitchen staff: setting tasks, distribution of shifts, control of execution;
- participation in the production process: preparation of dishes, work on the delivery line or hot/cold shop (if necessary);
- receiving raw materials and goods, checking quality, deadlines and conformity standards;
- control of balances, participation in write-offs and inventories;
- training and adaptation of new production workers;
- ensuring smooth operation of production in the absence of the head office.
It is important for us:
- experience in the field of public catering (restaurant, kitchen, cooking, corporate catering) from 1 year;
- knowledge of cooking technology dishes, cooking standards, sanitary rules and HACCP;
- skills for organizing kitchen work and managing a small team;
- ability to work on professional kitchen equipment and perform production processes;
- responsibility, discipline, attention to detail;
- willingness to work both as a shift manager and directly in the kitchen.
