We are looking for a Deputy Production Director for our Team

What will need to be done?

1. Monitor the execution of production tasks
2. Distribute production tasks shifts to teams (day, night)
3. Monitor the execution of the production process, quality, quantity
4. Keep reporting on selection
5. Carry out the adaptation of new employees, manage personnel
6. Make proposals for improving the production and labor process
7. Work on maintaining personnel, motivating them.

Who we are would it be suitable?

1. A person who worked as a manager in a small production, or a foreman (shift master) in a large food production
2. It is desirable to have a specialized education
3. Experience in managing the production process and people (under the supervision of at least 50 people per shift)
4. Fluency in PC at the user level
5. High communication and organizational skills properties
