We are inviting a Deputy head of BMK

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the head of the site in the management and coordination of works on the construction site and technical requirements
• Participation in the planning and organization of the work process, control over the execution of work within the established deadlines and in compliance with quality requirements
• Interaction with contractors, suppliers and other parties to ensure effective work at the facility
• Preparation / holding of production meetings
• Analysis of the issuance and changes of work documentation
• Development of schedules, tasks, plans and their tracking implementation
• Preparation of measures for commissioning and transfer of completed buildings to the operation service

Requirements:

• Higher technical education in the field of construction
• Experience in construction for at least 5 years
• Knowledge of construction technologies and materials
• High level of organizational and managerial skills abilities, the ability to manage a work team and resolve conflict situations
• Responsibility, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and fulfill commitments
