Deputy financial director in Stil Servis Grup, TOV

The company invites for a permanent position of deputy financial director.

Duties:

• Participation in the development and implementation of financial company strategies.
• Preparation, analysis and control of financial statements.
• Budgeting, financial planning and control over budget execution.
• Management of financial risks; optimization of cash flows.
• Interaction with banks, auditors, tax and state authorities.
• Improvement of the management accounting system and internal control.
• Maintenance and development of the management accounting system.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of finance, economics or accounting.
• Work experience of 5 years or more in managerial positions in the financial field (preferably in a large business).
• In-depth knowledge in the field of financial reporting, budgeting, management accounting.
• Practical experience of interaction with banks, auditors, state bodies.
• Developed analytical and strategic skills, leadership qualities.
