The national network AZK UPG and the network VIVO cafe are looking for a Cafe Manager.

Territorially, we are located:

Kyiv region, Brovarsky district, village Velika Dymerka (next to the Coca Cola plant)

Our expectations:

• Higher education
• Experience of working in the public catering system - from 2 years
• Fluent command of a computer and the Microsoft Office package
• Personnel management skills
• Leadership skills
• Understanding the rules of food production and sale
• Experience in production organization
• Knowledge of the rules and methods of organizing the guest service process

Basic responsibilities:

• Purchase, storage, production and sale of products
• Control of the availability of all necessary products, permit documentation
• Ensuring timely purchase orders
• Timely provision of information to the accounting department of the head office
• Performance of the cafe's planned indicators
• Control over the quality of service provided to guests in the cafe hall
• Control over the cafe staff's compliance with safety requirements and rules, sanitary and personal hygiene
