Deputy director of commercial real estate

Goal: To analyze all vacant SPORTLIFE spaces in Ukraine, it is profitable to sublease each space.

Main duties: 

• Analysis and accounting of vacant premises on the territory of Sport Life clubs for commercial
• Search, selection and attraction of potential subtenants (restaurants, beauty salons, shops, travel agencies, coffee shops, services, offices, etc.)
• Negotiations with potential subtenants
• Preparation of commercial offers and conditions subleases
• Conclusion of sublease agreements, agreement of terms with the legal and financial departments
• Control of fulfillment of the conditions of sublease agreements
• Monitoring of market prices and terms of lease of commercial space in fitness centers and shopping centers, etc.
• Organization of effective placement of subtenants taking into account the concept clubs
• Monitoring the timeliness of rent payments
• Participating in the development of plans to increase income from sublease

  Requirements for candidates:

  • Education - higher;
  • Activity, perseverance;
  • Experience from 2 years in the position of Head of the vending machines business direction;

• Skills of conducting negotiations and resolving conflict situations;
• Understanding the principles of commercial partnership and contractual relations;
• Activity, perseverance;
• Experience of working in real estate in management positions;
• Experience of 2 years in the position of Deputy Director from commercial real estate.
