About the team:
We are a small cohesive team looking for a specialist with whom we can provide quality service, so that even in difficult wartime, our customers can quickly and conveniently receive their orders at the points of delivery of goods. The team currently consists of six specialists, whose families are being promoted to another department, so we will be happy to welcome a new member into our family. We love office meetings, which are held periodically at the request of specialists, some of us go to the office every day, we also gather at company auctions, where we help our boys and girls of the Armed Forces. Sometimes we organize team building events to relax a little and gain strength.
What is important for this role:
excellent communication skills and the ability to provide information correctly
ability to quickly respond to situations that require an urgent solution
confident use of a PC and the ability to learn quickly
experience in business correspondence and communication in chats
It will be an advantage:
experience in customer support by phone, email, in chat
experience in developing training materials and conducting training specifically in cash discipline
skills in working with CRM and task accounting systems (creating/fulfilling tasks)
experience working as a cashier/with payment systems/credit products
experience in conducting inspections regarding the implementation of cash discipline
Tasks:
support and consulting:
- providing assistance to cashiers and partners with all issues related to the implementation of cash operations at financial service points
support of payment operations:
- solving problems with transactions
- control and communication with cashiers
- work with collection and discrepancies
monitoring and analytics:
- active participation in identifying shortcomings, malfunctions and making proposals for improving the functionality of payment of processes
inspections and control:
- conducting checks and audits regarding compliance by cashiers with the requirements of cash discipline (remote and remote)
training:
- development of educational materials for distance learning (in the direction of cash discipline) and conducting trainings
