Deputy chairman of the board of the pharmaceutical enterprise for production in INDAR, PrAT

The company — the only manufacturer of insulin preparations with a complete technological cycle in Ukraine — announces a competition for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board for Production.

The position involves participation in the strategic and operational management of the production process in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, GMP standards and internal regulations of the company.

We are looking for a specialist with proven experience in managing production processes at pharmaceutical enterprises, able to effectively organize the work of teams, analyze operational indicators, plan resources and initiate technical improvement of production.

Functional duties:

• Organization and coordination of the full production process in accordance with approved documentation, production plans and delivery schedules.
• Ensuring compliance requirementsGMP, internal quality standards, regulatory acts, and technological regulations.
• Participation in development and implementation of plans for technical re-equipment, improvement of production efficiency, cost optimization.
• Formation and implementation of the annual production plan with monthly detailing; ensuring control over its implementation.
• Management of the activities of production units: control of execution of functional tasks, work efficiency.
• Determination of resource needs: personnel, material, financial, technical.
• Constant analysis of production activities: implementation of the plan, efficiency of resource use, expenses indicators.
• Ensuring the development and compliance with standards of consumption of raw materials, materials, control over their effective use.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience: at least 5 years in management positions in the field of production management at pharmaceutical enterprises.
• In-depth knowledge of the legislation on medicinal products, GMP standards, production processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of drug production technology, principles of production logistics and internal business processes.
• Skills in strategic planning, analytics, control and personnel management.
• Experience in team management, conducting meetings and business negotiations at a high level.
