Our ideal candidate has knowledge and successful experience:

• Has at least 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting financial controlling, auditing and planning.

• Experience in managing the finances of groups of companies, including foreign assets, preparing consolidated financial statements and controlling working capital.

• Experience in working with auditors, tax consultants and corporate standards.

We have the following vision for the responsibilities of the position:

• Development and updating of business plans and budgets:collection and consolidation of subdivision proposals; preparation of forecast financial models; preparation of materials for approval by the financial director.

• Control of implementation of financial plans: regular analysis of plan/fact indicators; carrying out factor analysis of deviations; development of proposals for corrective actions.

• Monitoring working capital and costs: monitoring of receivables and payables; identification of liquidity risks; development of proposals to optimize the working capital structure.

• Cash Flow Management:checking compliance of expenses with approved budgets; preliminary control of significant payments; optimization of capital structure, Cash Flow and business processes. 

• Compliance with transfer pricing requirements: ppreparation and maintenance of documentation from TCU; participation in audits and consultations with auditors and tax consultants.

• Timely formation of consolidated management reporting.

• Implementation of reporting automation tools

• Increasing the accuracy, speed and transparency of financial analysis.
