K2 advertising of online stores is looking for a Marketing Director / CMO - a strategic leader who thinks in terms of growth, builds systemic marketing and is able to take the company to a new level.
Since 2019, we have been helping online stores not just attract customers, but build a stable flow of sales through advertising and educational products. We are a Google Partner, laureates of the "Ecommerce. Best" award, have experience of cooperation with 600+ online stores, more than 2000 graduates of training programs and our own powerful online community.
Your role
You are a strategist and driver of the company's marketing growth. You will not be involved in direct sales, but will work closely with the head of the sales department, ensuring a quality flow of targeted leads for services and educational products.
You will work directly with the business owner, have the freedom to shape the marketing strategy and manage the team and contractors.
Key tasks:
Formation and implementation of the company's marketing strategy
Increasing brand awareness and systematic attraction of targeted leads
Building effective marketing funnels, lead magnets and launches
Marketing support of services and training / info products
Implementation of AI solutions in marketing processes
Development of the site, CRM, automation and communication channels
Management of the marketing team and control of results (KPI)
Synchronous work with the sales department to achieve common goals
We expect, that you:
Have 5+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in the promotion of services and/or info products
Among the last three places work you have relevant experience in this field
You have experience in producing or participating in the launch of educational programs (will be an advantage)
You are confident in working with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA4
You have experience in CRM, task managers, construction of marketing processes
Able to manage teams and contractors
Analytical in thinking, strategic in approach, proactive in nature
Fluent in Ukrainian language in daily work and communications
