The Right to Protection, CF
BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), victims of war, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The SHARP PULSE project is financed by FCDO and is aimed at protecting and supporting the civilian population affected by the conflict in Ukraine. The project is implemented by a consortium of Ukrainian and international organizations, where each organization brings its expertise and works in a specific field. It aims to protect and support IDPs and other vulnerable groups through emergency assistance (evacuations, temporary accommodation, financial support), ensuring access to basic services (legal aid, documentation, social transport), as well as national advocacy for reforms in the areas of protection, compensation and social policy. Special attention is paid to children, people with disabilities, the elderly, veterans, victims of domestic violence and other vulnerable categories.
In the period from September 2025 to March 2028, the Fund will implement measures to monitor protection, provide legal aid, increase access to basic services and build community resilience in regions of Ukraine:Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Mykolaiv regions.
The project is implemented in regions and communities, including those with a high level security risks (in particular, Sumy, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Kherson regions). BF "Right to Protection" organizes working conditions taking into account the security context and provides measures to reduce risks and protect the team.
OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
identify beneficiaries in need of protection assistance;
conduct in-depth surveys of beneficiaries to identify their needs, vulnerabilities, available resources and assessment of individual risks in the villageprotection fee;
carry out home visits to assess the living conditions of beneficiaries;
coordinate with the regional coordinator an individual list of documents confirming the existence of security risks for the beneficiaries;
conduct an initial assessment documents provided by the beneficiary, if necessary, participate in checking the completeness and authenticity of the information provided in them;
carry out a comprehensive analysis of the collected information, describe existing risks in the field of protection, possible means of response and exit strategy;
based on the analysis, create beneficiary questionnaires for financial assistance and submit them to the regional coordinator for consideration;
provide assistance to the beneficiaries in the identification, acquisition and receipt of the necessary goods, works or services, if necessary, in the process of obtaining the goods; none">participate in monitoring the prices of goods, services, which are needed by the beneficiaries;
maintain contacts with case managers, social workers, lawyers, psychologists, representatives of partner organizationsnizations and other specialists involved in providing assistance to the same beneficiaries;
participate in post-distribution monitoring, including receiving checks, receipts and other documents from beneficiaries that confirm the use of funds as intended, make home visits;
enter into the CRM system information about the beneficiaries, the assistance provided to them and the results of its use;
participate in case studies, trainings and other training activities necessary for the provision of individual assistance in the field of defense; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Own a vehicle, will be an advantage.
