Data Scientist (possible without experience / for students) Kyiv, offline in Creo Design

Do you want to enter the field of data analysis, machine learning and AI - even without commercial experience?
We are looking for a motivated Data Scientist who is ready to learn, work on real tasks and develop in the analytics and modeling team.

Job format: full-time, offline, Kyiv, 5/2, 8 hours each
Salary: 33,000 — UAH 37,000
We consider candidates without experience or students.

What you will do:Data analysis

• collection and pre-processing of data (cleaning, normalization, work with omissions);

• analysis of large data sets to identify patterns;

• creation of analytical reports and visualizations.

Building and training models

• developing machine learning models for classification, regression and prediction;

• tuning, testing and optimizing models;

• working with libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch — preferably).

Model quality assessment

• model accuracy analysis, work with metrics (F1-score, RMSE, ROC-AUC, etc.);

• selection of hyperparameters to improve results.

Work with tools

• participation in building processing pipelines data;

• using SQL to extract data;

• documenting work and preparing simple technical descriptions.

Collaboration with the team

• collaborating with analysts, developers and product managers;

• participating in brainstorms, generating solutions based on data.

Who we are looking for:

• students or candidates without experience who want to enter Data Science;

• basic knowledge of Python is an advantage (or willingness to learn quickly);

• understanding of statistics and logical thinking;

• attention to detail, analytical approach;
