Core Technical Skills

1. Data Analytics & Visualization (SQL (required), Python, Power BI, Excel (advanced analytics, Power Query, VBA), ETL tools. 2. Statistical & Machine Learning Skills (linear and logistic regression, clustering, decision trees, time-series forecasting, demand modeling, price forecasting, seasonality, etc., basic ML tools) 3. Database & Data Architecture (experience with PostgreSQL, MS SQL, BigQuery or similar, working with API and REST requests, Data cleaning & data wrangling)

Business & Communication Skills

1. Transferring analytics into business decisions (data-to-action thinking)

2. Data visualization and storytelling skills for top management

3. Working with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, procurement, logistics)

4. English intermediate level and above

5. Structural thinking, attention to details, initiative

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the strategy for the development of analytics in the Company
• Management of projects for the development and implementation of BI-solutions
• Implementation of ETL processes for loading, transformation and integration of data from various sources
• Development of boards and reports to support adoption management decisions
• Analysis and documentation of business requirements and processes with stakeholders for further implementation;
• Active participation in planning and implementation of data modeling and data management processes
• Searching for patterns in data, presenting conclusions and obtaining the maximum benefit from them for the customer of dashboards or task setter
• Forms analysis/definition ofdata manager
• Identifies and analyzes business processes for further building the logic of dashboards
• Working with data from accounting systems based on 1C. Downloading, analysis, comparison, preparation of management reports.
• Control and analysis of data exchange results between 1C databases. Completeness of data, analysis of deviations, processing of errors
• Comparison of 1C registers for the conformity of similar input information, processing of errors.
