Your key tasks:

• Conducting meetings with stakeholders to gather information about current business processes and analytics needs; 
• Formalization of requirements for reports, models, data sources, metrics and KPIs; 
• Description of current systems, sources and logic of transformations (ERD, data flow, Confluence); 
• Preparation of technical tasks (TOR) for Data Engineers, analysts and Data Scientists; 
• Coordination of analytical and engineering tasks in JIRA; 
• Analysis of existing (legacy) solutions, restoration of logic and data structure; 
• Ensuring communication between the business and the data team, translating the “language of business” into the “language of data”; 
• Participation in the prioritization of the backlog of data projects and sprint planning; 
• Creation and maintenance of a map of data and processes (AS IS / TO BE); 
• Preparation of requirements for new data products (BI, ML, Data Lake); 
• Participation in testing analytical solutions before release; 
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation in Confluence and JIRA. 

Business Analysis (preferably in data or IT); 

It will be an advantage if you:

• You have experience in managing analytical projects in large companies;
• You understand the principles of Data Governance and working with metadata;
• You have process visualization skills (BPMN, Miro, Lucidchart, Draw.io).
