We are looking for a talented and motivated Middle Data Scientist / Econometrist to take on the role of MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) expert, joining the international advertising and communication group Publicis Groupe.

What awaits our future Data Scientist / Econometrist:
- involvement in full-cycle modeling projects: from briefing with clients, data collection and analysis to model building, interpretation of results and presentation to the client
- work with large volumes data: collection, cleaning and preparation of data for further analysis and modeling
- work with current methodologies and tools for building and optimizing ML models (in particular Marketing Mix Modeling) of various levels of complexity for analysis, media mix optimization and forecasting business indicators
- analysis and interpretation of results: detailed analysis of modeling results, formulation of clear business conclusions and development recommendations
- visualization and presentation of results: preparation of reports in an easy-to-understand form and presentation of results to the client in an understandable form
- improvement of current methodologies and testing of new approaches within the framework of joint teamwork: optimization and improvement of model quality, automation of modeling processes and testing of new methods to expand expertise
- international cooperation: interaction with colleagues Publicis Groupe and clients from other countries to exchange experience and solve common problems
Our future Data Scientist / Econometrist has:
- experience with methods of descriptive and predictive analysis, in particular with regression (linear and non-linear transformations)
- practical experience in building econometric models (experience in building attributional models will be an advantage and marketing mix models)
- knowledge of MS Office (advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point)
- experience using Python or R for data analysisand model building
- data visualization and report preparation skills
- English not lower than B2 Upper-Intermediate level
- experience of cooperation in multinational teams with large projects involving different departments and understanding of marketing and business metrics will be an advantage
