We are seeking an experienced Data Platform Service Owner to manage and optimize our data platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data warehousing, data integration, and business intelligence . You will l ead the strategy for our BI platforms , ensuring data access compliance, optimizing Azure resource usage, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. This role requires capable of leading technical teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels .

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data warehousing and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Azure services, Power BI, SQL, and data integration tools.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehousing technologies is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing data processes and systems

,[Application maintenance (monitoring) – Ensuring that Application is providing uninterrupted service to stakeholder, Adaptor connections check, external integration check, Stakeholders interaction with querying and Reporting., Access management – Handling user access control based on approval from S-now tickets and ensuring to review the user access management to align with policy compliance check., Configuration & Review management – Ensuring to conduct half yearly review with Axonius adapter connections configuration to align with Security and document., Change Management – Channelizing the changes in Application configuration via S-now tickets and documenting with relevant approvals for reference., Performance and Reliability – Number of Devices should be closely monitored to stay within the contractual limit., Risk Assessments and Security Measures – The KPIs and metrics associated with Application Maintenance tracker has to go through timely checks. Any identified risks during security assessments should be mitigated via exception / system. (Compliance Check), Application Optimization - Identify and Optimize the Application to cover Security tools and help asset management in S-Now. Ensure that all the data connections are up and running for up to date Application information, External Integration Support – Under & Support stakeholders request for external integration , End to End Documentation – Ensure to have all the Documents related to Application is available for user consumption., Users Training – Communicate & Arrange Quarterly Trainings with all the users on Application functionality and Feature updates., Service Connectivity – Collaborate with internal Reporting team and vendors to manage the service performance and consolidation., Management – managing the internal and external team of BI specialists, planning the reporting roadmap, presenting progress to Client’s Leadership, front-facing the entire Insights & Analytics se]
