To expand the team, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer.

Main tasks in this position:

• Design development, audit and modification of existing flow sites
• Collection and assessment of requirements users in cooperation with the development team and stakeholders
• Simplification and improvement of flow, to improve usability
• Illustration of design ideas with the help of mockups, flow and site maps
• Design graphical user interface elements such as menus and tabs
• Development of user interface mockups and prototypes to visually demonstrate their work
• Creation of original graphic design (eg images, thumbnails and tables)< /li>
• Prepare and provide mockups to internal teams, stakeholders and development team
• Identify and fix UX issues (e.g. feedback)
• Analyze clicks, analytics to improve interfaces < /li>
• Change the UI based on user feedback
• Adherence to the Vodafone brand book standards for fonts, colors and images
• Considering development limitations and opportunities

• From 3 years of experience in UX/UI/Digital Product Design
• Advanced level of using prototyping programs Figma, Sketch App, InVision/Craf
• Experience in developing complex projects at different stages (preferably website redesign)
• Experience working with business requirements to translate them into quality design solutions
• Extensive UI/UX portfolio a must
