About the vacancy:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced specialist in data monitoring and analysis, who will be responsible for the collection, processing, analysis and visualization of data related to the implementation of projects in Sumy region and Kharkiv region.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with the national team and local teams from Sumy Oblast and Kharkiv Oblast regarding project implementation and participation in meetings with the donor.
• Cooperation with the IT department on "SpivDiya" issues (handover technical tasks for setting up the internal monitoring system).
• Working with the "AirTable" database (verification, processing and analysis of data).
• Creating instructions, video instructions for local teams from service centers for high-quality filling of the database system.
• Creation of specialized reports for donors regarding the course of project implementation and performance of indicators.
• Creation of specialized tables in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Creation of performance statistics (once every two months), graphs, descriptions, dashboards, for presenting these data to the donor for the purpose of reporting project indicators to the donor.
• Meeting reporting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Higher education in statistics, computer science, data science or related areas.
• Experience with databases (AirTable, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL).
• Experience in creating reports and presentations, data visualization.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team .
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language at a level not lower than fluency, English at the Intermediate level.
• Experience in the charity sector will be an advantage.
