Qualifications:

• Clear English in writing/spoken
• Minimum 3 years of working experience with Red Teams as a Project Manager
  
• Ability to assertively follow up with team members and stakeholders, ensuring accountability and meeting deadlines
• General understanding of Red Team engagements/Penetration Testing, knowing the language, expressions, concepts, objectives

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Financial services
• Experience with Asana, Monday (you get to choose which tools to use)
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks within the EMEA region
