What you will do in the position of Head of Analytics and Reporting (Product owner):

• ensuring compliance of the product strategy with the tribe's strategic development plan;
• work with the product backlog, in particular on the basis of: vision and expectations of customers, business lines, benchmarking, internal bandwidth;
• ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, determines and analyzes their needs;
• conversion of customer needs into a User Story or any business requirements previously agreed upon by the team;
• management of both financial and quality KPIs of the product;
• determination of directions and actions necessary to implement the overall product strategy;
• ensuring team development within the limits of their competencies;
• organizing communication with other teams within and outside the tribe for effective product development;
• maintaining regular communication with the sponsor and stakeholders to support the overall vision of the product strategy;
• quarterly report on product indicators (budget, revenues, key performance indicators, problems, customer feedback);

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Higher technical or economic education;
• 2 years of experience as a manager/functional team leader in the relevant field
• 2 years of team management/project management/work in a SCRUM team
• Experience working with tools for organizing and maintaining databases and data models
• from 2 years
• Experience in development, description and quality control of data models, databases
• Proficiency in English at the intermediate level.
