Specialist in data consolidation and processing in Red Cross Ukraine

The National Committee of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCCU) announces a competition for the position of Specialist/positionin data consolidation and processing.

Goal positions:The main task of the position is the collection, analysis, systematization and interpretation of data. Providing analytical support of personnel management processes and preparation of analytical materials.

Main duties:

1. Processing of information based on data from electronic access control systems to office premises:

• selection of data from the system;
• analysis;
• grouping;
• analytical processing;
• identification of problems;
• summary reporting form;
• visualization;
• collection and preparation of documents for further processing;
• drafting of job instructions.

2. Support in administration processes:

• administration of tabular forms in part of the processes;
• vacation schedule;
• balance and distribution of vacations;
• budgeting;
• systematization of personnel evaluation and training data;
• summarization of the results of requests for provision data (arrays of tabular forms);
• maintenance of registers;
• preparation of necessary analytical forms;
• processing of consolidated data.

3. Maintenance of electronic databases:

• entering and updating information about employees in the personnel information systems.

General Duties:

• conduct active work to achieve the goals of the Red Cross Movement;
• observe the principles of the Red Cross Movement and work in accordance with them;
• perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education in the field of information technology, analytical field, business administration or related fields;
• work experience in a related field;
• processing of large amounts of information;
• ability to systematize and analyze information;
• ability to organize your work and manage multitasking tasks;
• strict compliance with the confidentiality of personal data of employees;
• analytical processing of information;
• fluency in the Ukrainian language;
• excellent communication skills;
• cooperation and teamwork;
• ability to make decisions;
• cooperation with partners/contractors, local organizations;
• ability to apply non-standard/innovative solutions in work;
• ability to build trust.
