SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder that builds international tech businesses. One of them isPawChamp. We create a product for dog owners, which helps them to be better "parents" for their pets, helps to teach and train them, solve various behavioral problems. We create some of the best training programs for training and training dogs together with Ukrainian dog trainers and adapt them to international markets in our product. Our product is mobile apps (iOS and Android) and PawChamp online web platform.
Our strategic goal is to become a leader in the global market for online dog training and sales of products for dogs and their owners.
We are currently looking for a CRM & Retention Manager to help create a strong user experience and return the love of the audience again and again. You will be responsible for communicating with users, building retention strategies and finding new ways to keep them in the product as long as possible. in the field of CRM communications and email marketing
— Willingness to learn quickly, test hypotheses and grow together with the team
— Ability to use AI tools in daily work
— Experience of working as a CRM manager for mobile applications or an email marketer (from 1 year)
— Understanding of the mechanics of activation, retention and return of users
— Knowledge of the principles of working with email newsletters, push and in-app-communications
Would be a big plus:
— Interest in dog training and animal care
— Experience with Reteno
— 3+ years of CRM or retention experience
