Data center technical support engineer in lifecell

We invite to our team a Technical Support Engineer of the Data Center!

The following interesting tasks await you:

• Monitoring the state of the data center infrastructure.
• Receiving and processing applications, providing advice to customers regarding data center services.
• Basic maintenance and installation of server equipment.
• Independent troubleshooting / assistance to senior engineers when troubleshooting infrastructure system equipment.
• Preparation of primary reporting documentation and filling in internal databases.

We would like to see such experience in you and qualities:

• Ability to quickly learn new information.
• Availability of full or partial (in the process of obtaining) education in the field of IT/telecommunications.
• Understanding the installation and maintenance of network/server equipment and the construction of low-current SCS systems.
• Knowledge of the MS office package Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio/ confident PC user.
• Experience working in a data center and customer service skills.

Work schedule: 1/3 main schedule (first month 5/2 9-18);
