Customer Service Specialist in SKELAR

Howly is a Ukrainian startup in the ecosystem of multi-product company and venture builder SKELAR. We are currently looking for aCustomer Service Specialist to provide technical assistance to our users via online chat and help them resolve their issues.

Responsibilities:
—Communicate with customers via chat and help them resolve any technical problems with our service in English. Examples of such requests are: "I can't upload a file on your site", "How do I convert a PDF to Word on your platform?", "I can't log in to my account";
— Advise customers on cancellation of subscriptions, refunds;
— Process up to three chats with customers at the same time;
— Follow all necessary instructions to provide quality services.

What skills required:
— Knowledge of the English language (spoken and written) from B1 and above;
— Basic PC skills and understanding of the operation of modern systems and services at the user level;
— Quick adaptation to changes and multitasking skills;
— Ability to organize your time for effective remote work.
Would be a plus:
— Experience working in customer support or billing support teams;
— Zendesk and Zendesk Chat. Knowledge of this software will greatly facilitate your life in the first days of work.

For better onboarding and comfortable work, the minimum system requirements are as follows:
— Internet speed of 25 Mbps or greater;
— Download speed of 1 Mbps or greater;
— Upload speed of 6 Mbps or greater;
— At least 5 GB of RAM;
— Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 Quad Core.
