Data center technical support engineer in Vega Telecom

What will be in your duties:

• Ensuring smooth operation of data center equipment and infrastructure.
• Monitoring the technical condition systems, timely detection and elimination of malfunctions.
• Support of customers and internal users, prompt assistance in solving technical issues.
• Interaction with the engineering team to optimize processes and increase the reliability of services.
• Documentation of performed works and maintenance of technical reports.
• Participation in modernization and implementation of new technologies in the data center.

What we expect from you:

• Higher education in the field of IT, telecommunications or related directions.
• Work experience of 2 years or more in technical support, maintenance of network or server equipment.
• Understanding the principles of operation of data centers, network protocols and systems.
• Ability to quickly analyze problems and find effective solutions.
• Responsibility, attention to details and desire to develop.
• Willingness to work in a team and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
