Due to active expansion, we are looking for an experienced Data analyst who is ready to bring his experience and effectively implement company solutions.

Previous experience and skills:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• understanding of ETL principles and ELT processes, experience in building full-fledged data pipelines
• confident work with databases through IDE
• writing SQL queries of high complexity (CTE, window functions, aggregations, joins)
• knowledge of Python and relevant libraries for analytics
• working with BI systems (from settings of data sources to output of business-ready information)
• experience in building and formation of business KPIs - designing a tree of indicators and relationships between metrics
• experience working with APIs
• experience working with APIs of LLM providers for text analysis
• analytical abilities: analysis and validation, normalization and preparation of data
• ability to write accompanying texts - explanations, transcripts, documentation on the work of analytical reports
• working with no-code and low-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
• understanding of security principles and access control
• analytical and critical thinking
• flexibility and ability to work in conditions of change

What you should do:

EL tool maintenance and data transformation:

• monitoring of performance, logs, credits, updates
• maintaining the correctness of connections to data sources
• search technical\process ways of adding new information to the repository
• development and optimization of technical views for BI reports

Reporting and analytics

• formation of a tree of indicators and relationships between metrics
• development of new reports and dashboards in Metabase
• maintenance and optimization of existing reports
• making proposals for collecting new data and creating new metrics
• processing "non-digital" data
• building pipelines of "non-digital" analytics (evaluation of calls, complaints, etc.) using api llm

Automation of processes

• participation in process automation projects through no-code / low-code tools
• organization of flow of tasks according to data analytics
• formation and work with the backlog of tasks for reporting
• work with customers (clarification and formalization requirements)
