The 429th separate regiment of unmanned systems "Achilles" is one of the most innovative combat units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, implementing modern technologies to increase effectiveness on the battlefield. To manage internal IT projects, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will help organize a team, streamline processes and ensure results.

Responsibilities

• Management of internal IT projects: from planning to implementation
• Coordinating the work of a team of developers, ML engineers, circuit engineers and DevOps
• Prioritizing tasks and controlling deadlines
• Establishing effective communication between the technical team and military command
• Ensuring transparent reporting and risk management

Requirements

• Experience of Project Manager / Product Manager in the field of IT from 3 years
• Understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to work with tools (Jira, Trello, Notion or similar)
• Strong communication, organization and systems thinking
• Preferred: technical background in programming, networking or ML
