Data Analyst in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

An international company, which operates in more than 50 countries of the world and is among the TOP-3 global positions in its field, needs the expertise of an experienced Data Analyst.

The company's product is B2C, presented on all platforms - desktop, mobile, apps + offline.< /p>

In connection with strengthening the direction of Analytics and expanding the team, we are looking for new expert teammates. 

Key tasks:

• Regular collection, analysis and visualization of the dynamics of changes in the main metrics for the product;
• Collection and evaluation of the effectiveness of customer retention, reactivation and cross-selling campaigns;
• Segmentation and analysis of the behavioral characteristics of the audience;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of promotional campaigns;
• Analysis of the received data , providing conclusions and identifying problem areas;
• Regular department reporting;
• Development and preparation of ad-hoc reports.

Experience and skills required:

• Understanding of marketing metrics;
• Analytical skills and evaluation of the effectiveness of promotional/marketing campaigns;
• Ability to see numbers - "highlight" problem areas, identify the reasons for changes in indicators;
• Ability to work with numbers and reports.

A plus will be:

• Experience in data modeling and analysis in Power BI
• Skills in segmentation and analysis customer base and products
