About the role:

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with knowledge of Spanish language who will join our multicultural team and share our interest in solving problems and building strong relationships with our resellers and end users around the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective technical support for 3Shape software (Design Services solution) through online sessions, phone calls, e-mail and during periodic offline events.
  • Process customer service requests: collect all necessary information from customers according to company procedures and record it in the CRM systemtopics.
  • Interact with other departments and escalate customer feedback to the appropriate level.

What will help you succeed in this role:

  • Experience in customer service and sincere desire to help customers.
  • Strong communication skills and listening skills.
  • Confident command of English and Spanish at the Upper-Intermediate level.
  • Analytical thinking and willingness to quickly find solutions.
  • Results-oriented, stress-resistant and proactivity.
  • Willingness to develop and learn new things.
  • Multitasking, empathy and attention to details.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and professional IT education will be an advantage.
