We are currently looking for a Sales Manager who will help bring students back to education.
Who we are looking for:
- You have experience in sales or resale (repeat sales, win-back);
- Able to work with objections;
- Orientate yourself in Google Sheets and easily structure information
- Able to listen, analyze and convince
- Self-organized, responsible, with a desire to influence the result.
What will you do? do:
- Maintain active communication with students - calls, messages, email;
- Offer profitable lesson packages and return students to studies;
- Execute sales KPIs;
- Analyze the reasons for churn and propose solutions;
- Maintain CRM: update statuses, record results, work with a base.
We offer:
- Work schedule: from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00;
- Salary: for the period of the trial period, the rate is 15,000 UAH + sales bonuses, after the trial period of the rate is closed 10,000 + sales bonuses (average salary for this role 30,000 UAH)
