Our client, a large international company that provides car leasing services for corporate clients in Ukraine, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
Basic tasks:
- active interaction with new and existing customers, with the aim of understanding their needs, providing advice and preparing individual solutions;
- supporting long-term professional relationships, monitoring customer satisfaction;
- constant interaction with the sales team to provide the necessary support (preparation of calculations and calculations in accordance with requirements clients; assist in the modification of existing contracts, preparation of contracts, additional agreements based on client needs and operational needs);
- analytics of the effectiveness of cooperation with clients? preparation of reports;
- compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements for the candidate:
- higher education (preferably economic/financial);
- experience in sales from 2 years;
- high level of communication and analytical skills;
- confident user of MS Office programs (Word, Exel)
- English - Intermediate;
- driver's license cat. "B".
