Technical support engineer (POS terminals) in Printec Ukraine LLC

PRINTEC International Group of Companies, a leading provider of technology solutions for the banking sector, retail business, telecommunications companies and the public sector in Southeast Europe, invites applications for the position:

Technical Support Engineer (POS terminals) –Kyiv city and region

Responsibilities:

• Execution of service requests for payment terminals (remote connection, settings, software updates).
• Resolving technical issues of customers regarding operation POS terminals.
• Conducting phone and online calls with customers to help solve problems.
• Organization and control of sending/receiving equipment:
  • preparing and sending terminals to customers;
  • coordinating deliveries to regional warehouses and back.
• Maintaining communication with partners and banks on technical issues.
• Processing requests customers through calls and messages in the chat.
• Fixation of completed work in internal systems.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the field of technical support or service will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
• Understanding the principles of operation of payment terminals, network connections (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, 3G/4G).
• Skills in remote diagnostics and solving technical problems.
• Confident PC user
• Good communication skills, ability to clearly explain technical solutions to clients.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, willingness to work with a large volume of applications.
