About the team:

 Prom-payment is a safe way to pay for orders on Prom.ua.  PromOplata Team provides advisory assistance to buyers and sellers on orders with Prom-payment. Currently, our team consists of 12 specialists and a leader. The mission of the team is to take care of our users, positively influence their customer experience, solving their requests promptly and efficiently.


What is important for this role:

  • have successful experience in customer support (calls/e-mail/skype/chat)

  • write competently in Ukrainian

  • ability to write clear texts, to explain complex information simply

  • sincere desire to help each client, looking for both standard and non-standard ways

  • independence in decision-making based on the analysis of collected information

  • attention to details

  • ability to work in a team

  • be able to work with a large amount of information

  • flexibility, the ability to quickly switch between tasks

  • initiative, readiness for changes and restructuring or improvement of processes



  • work with requests for Prom-payment through the Zendesk support service system

  • communication with logistics partners through Zendesk

  • cooperation with other departments of the company to solve customer issues

  • performance of additional customer support tasks initiated by management.
