About the team:
Prom-payment is a safe way to pay for orders on Prom.ua. PromOplata Team provides advisory assistance to buyers and sellers on orders with Prom-payment. Currently, our team consists of 12 specialists and a leader. The mission of the team is to take care of our users, positively influence their customer experience, solving their requests promptly and efficiently.
What is important for this role:
have successful experience in customer support (calls/e-mail/skype/chat)
write competently in Ukrainian
ability to write clear texts, to explain complex information simply
sincere desire to help each client, looking for both standard and non-standard ways
independence in decision-making based on the analysis of collected information
attention to details
ability to work in a team
be able to work with a large amount of information
flexibility, the ability to quickly switch between tasks
initiative, readiness for changes and restructuring or improvement of processes
work with requests for Prom-payment through the Zendesk support service system
communication with logistics partners through Zendesk
cooperation with other departments of the company to solve customer issues
performance of additional customer support tasks initiated by management.
