We are looking for a clear and responsible Customer support specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a person with relevant experience who seeks professional growth and is ready to take on a variety of challenges to achieve a common product goal.

Hard Skills:

  1. Relevant work experience from 1 year (Assistant, Operations Manager, Support Specialist).
  2. Experience in the field of user support.
  3. Experience working with a product team (it will be a plus if you have already worked with developers).
  4. Confident use of Google services and AI services in your work.
  5. English language level not lower than B2.

The team is waiting for you:

  1. Providing support to our users.
  2. Communicating with users, partners, contractors, upon request.
  3. Forming requests for payment of expenses (contractor work, fees for services for project and team work).
  4. Setting up data collection in analytics according to the instructions after product releases.
  5. Conducting service research, upon request.
  6. Description of tasks on performers, instructions, manuals.
  7. Monitoring feedback about our product on platforms.
  8. Filling and updating the knowledge base in Notion.
  9. Participating in meetings and forming clear follow-ups.
