Mainresponsibilities:

• Process appeals from tourists/passengers
• Interact with partners to resolve tourist issues
• Work with the reservation system (confirmation of reservations, making changes, informing tourists about changes, etc.)
• Accept incoming calls
• Search for and offer optimal solutions for customers
• Provide consultative support to clients/potential clients
• Make outgoing informative calls

What we expect:

• Learning ability
• Customer orientation
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language
• Proficiency in English at level B1 and above
• Experience as a customer support or experience in the tourism and hotel and restaurant sector will be a plus
