Your main responsibilities:
- advise and assist our Clients at all stages of parcel movement in the following formats: phone calls, chats, mail;
- communicate with related units on issues related to delivery, redemption and provision of other services Companies;
- observe customer service standards.

- you learn quickly. During the adaptation phase, a professional trainer will work with you, who will teach you all the intricacies of logistics and service;
