Quality Control Manager (remote) in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a responsible and detail-orientedQuality Control manager for our Supply team. As part of one of the main business components of the project structure, the QC team participates in the quality management processes of partners. Working closely with the team, you will have the opportunity to turn insights into initiatives to optimize the work of partners.

What challenges do you face in the position of Quality Control Manager:
—Monitoring the quality of work of partners;
—Analysis and identification of positive and negative patterns of user behavior;
—Preparation of reports based on monitoring results, including statistical data and specific cases ;
— Identifying trends in user behavior and providing recommendations for improving work;
— Interaction with the team to clarify identified problems and proposals for their elimination;
— Process improvements: participation in development and implementation of quality standards; proposals for automating control processes and improving monitoring tools.

What is important for us:
— Work experience in the field of quality control or in a similar field (customer service, moderation, etc.) from 1 year;
— Skills of working with large amounts of information;< br/>— Knowledge of the English language at the B2 level;
— Love and attention to details;
— Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly formulate your thoughts;
— Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes;
—Experience in IT or similar tasks will be an advantage.

Goals and tasks for QC Manager:
—Improve the quality of interactions: increase the average quality of chats conducted by trusted users by improving the detection and correction of negative patterns.
— Analytical support: development and implementation of new analytical tools and reports to increase transparency and efficiency of the QC team.
— Reduction of negative cases: reduction of negative incidents related to the behavior of trusted users by 20% in the first six months.
—Innovative proposals: implementation of at least two new initiatives to improve control processes and improve the quality of user interactions during the first year of operation.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation charity fund from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance large projects, which helpsbring our victory closer.
