Customer Support Representative (Polish Language) in pleso therapy

Pleso Therapy is a Ukrainian startup and an online platform that makes psychotherapy accessible and comfortable, helping clients find their perfect therapist.

As we expand into European markets, we are looking for a new team member to join our friendly and dedicated customer support team.

What You’ll do:

• Respond to customer and therapist inquiries in Ukrainian and Polish.
• Provide technical and informational support to platform users.
• Assist the team with written communication in Polish.
• Maintain documentation, collaborate with other departments, and perform operational tasks as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

Languages:

• Proficient in written and spoken Polish for effective communication.
• Strong command of Ukrainian.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to communicate clearly and politely.
• Empathy, stress tolerance, and conflict resolution skills.

Technical Skills:

• Competence with tools like Gmail, Notion, Slack, and Excel.
• Ability to quickly identify and solve problems.

Other Skills:

• Excellent written communication skills in Ukrainian and Polish.
• Multitasking ability and strong organizational skills.
