Technical support specialist of SED ASKOD in InfoPlyus, IT

You will be offered work on the development of the ASKOD electronic document flow system, participation in the creation of software products for solving e-government tasks, creation and development of existing portals. Requirements for the candidate:

• university or incomplete higher technical education;
• fluency in the Ukrainian language;
• knowledge of the basics of computer systems, networks and software;
• knowledge of the basics of SQL for working with databases;< /li>
• work experience in technical support or in the IT sphere;
• communication, analytical skills and the ability to work in a team; 
• the ability to plan your time and resources, as well as manage priorities;
• the ability to study independently and the desire to improve your own qualifications.

• knowledge of document management processes and record keeping at enterprises and state institutions;
• knowledge of software development processes;
• understanding of the basics of work with APIs and their integration;
• experience in the development of technical documentation;
• education in the field of information technologies or related fields;
• experience in the field of testing;

• experience with DBMS (experience with ORACLE is welcome).

Functional duties:

• technical support, consultation of users of the ASKOD electronic document management system;
• development and updating of user instructions;
• registration and control of defect correction; 
• configuration of the electronic document management system and its preparation for industrial operation;
• performance of certain types of work on the database side.
