We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented German-speaking Customer Support Representative who will become part of our team in a dynamic e-commerce project - a specialized online store of nutritional supplements.

This role is critical to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and quality processing of requests from German speakers.

The ideal candidate is a professional with impeccable German who knows how to approach each customer and effectively solve complex situations.

Requirements:

Hard Skills:

  • Fluency in German (C1+) - oral and in writing.
  • Experience in Customer Support or other customer role (preferably e-commerce / retail).
  • English B1-B2 for internal tasks and communications.

Soft Skills:

  • Orientation on the client and the desire to really help.
  • Resistance to stress and the ability to maintain a professional tone in any situation.
  • Analytical thinking and abilityability to find the cause of the problem.
  • Quick assimilation of information and product range.
  • Ability to work with several tasks at the same time.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer inquiries in German via email (call option may appear later).
  • Providing detailed information about products, services and store policies.
  • Processing critical requests: cancellation, return, product replacement.
  • Working with complex cases: lost orders, delivery delays, quality issues.
  • Transparent and proactive communication regarding the status of open requests.
  • Monitoring and responding to customer feedback on external platforms.
  • Ensuring prompt processing of all requests.

Working conditions:

  • Remote format.
  • Trial period - 2 months.
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri with coverage 08:00-18:00 (10 hours). Each specialist works 8 hours/day, the schedule shifts between employees for full coverage.
