Our team already has 200+ specialists, but we continue to actively grow and are looking forCustomer Support Representative a person who will be a reliable support for the users of the Health & Fitness application and will respond to their inquiries (ticket-system). style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Fast and quality resolution of customer inquiries;
Checking and moderating AI-generated responses to ensure their accuracy and quality;
Track product updates and new releases;
Providing feedback and improving the quality of the user experience.
We are waiting for you:Confident command of written English at level B2 and above;
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to new information.
Rotational work schedule 4 working days - 2 days off, 3 working days - 1 day off. Shifts alternate in the following order: 2 in the morning - 2 in the afternoon - 3 in the evening. There are no night shifts. Available time slots: Morning: 07:00-15:00 Daytime: 12:00–20:00 Evening: 16:00-00:00;
