Customer support operator (remote format) in Dzhoy Ivent

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Operator who will handle online orders. The work format is remote, which allows you to work from home.

Main tasks:
• Reception and processing of orders received through the site and messengers (Viber, Instagram, Telegram).
• Communication with employees responsible for the assembly and tracking of fulfillment statuses orders.

Experience in a similar field will be an advantage, but we are also open to candidates without previous experience.
