Customer Support (Online Chat) in Epic Silet

The company invites an employee to handle customer requests in online channels. 
 
The work is carried out in a remote format!

Working conditions:

• Remote cooperation format.
• Salary from UAH 42,000, a system of bonuses is provided.
• Working schedule: 4/2 or 5/2 (discussed).
• Training and support at the initial stage.
• Opportunity for professional development within the company.

Job duties:

• Processing messages and customer requests in chats and messengers.
• Providing information about company services.
• Entering data based on the results of requests into internal tables.
• Compliance with standards communications.

Candidate requirements:

• Competent written communication.
• Basic PC and online services skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience working with clients will be an advantage, but not required.
