Manager of promotion on marketplaces in ORNER

We are ORNER, a brand of creative gifts and homewares. We are currently looking for a marketplace promotion manager.

Platforms we currently work with: monomarket, PROM, Rozetka
Platforms we plan to enter: Epicenter, Allo, F.ua, Kasta

What to do:

• monitor correct display current products and updating the range of new products (remains are transferred automatically, but it is important to keep your finger on the pulse);

• work on improving store and category ratings (reviews, rating orders, etc.);

• look for opportunities to increase the conversion of product cards (expanding payment/delivery methods, improving content, etc.);

• work on customizing descriptions and titles products to rise higher in the issue;

• conduct PPC campaigns within the platforms;

• maintain reporting according to the main metrics;

• for individual platforms (for example, monomarket) form product selections and offers for products of the day/week, communicate with mono representatives to increase the presence of our products in the issue.

We are looking for a person, who:

• has experience with marketplaces (PROM / Rozetka, etc.) and understands how their algorithms and internal advertising work;

• loves order: pays attention to feeds, attributes, statuses, prices and errors;

• thinks through conversion: sees where the card “sags” and suggests specific improvements (content, price, delivery/payment, completeness, etc.);

• has PPC experience within sites: launch, optimization, analysis, work with budget and rates; basic understanding of ROAS/ACOS/CPA;

• strong in communication: works with reviews/ratings, dialogues with site managers to improve our capabilities (picks, products of the day/week, promos);

• analytical and systematic: loves numbers, knows how to report, draw conclusions and set priorities;

• initiative: does not wait for tasks, but comes from offers - what to do to grow in circulation and sales;

• shares our approach: aesthetics, content quality, customer care and results.

What we offer:

• working hours: Mon-Fri 10:00-19:00 or 09:00-18:00;

• timely salary payment;

• remote work format, but it is important to visit the office several times a month (2 minutes from Kontraktova ploshcha metro station);
