Customer support manager with knowledge of English in Isaev S.O., FOP

We are a young growing company, we have been engaged in the production and sale of personalized souvenir products and leather accessories on international trading marketplaces for more than 5 years.

We are looking for customer service representatives who are ready to work to create the most pleasant impressions about the service and services of the store.

What will you do?

• Accepting orders, entering data into the CRM system
• Coordinating and approving models of future products with clients.
• provision of prompt and informative feedback IN WRITING to inquiries from potential / permanent customers regarding orders (dates of production, delivery, maintenance, etc.)
• support of communication (correspondence) with the client at all stages — from placement to receiving the order Location: Dnipro, a modern enterprise, with a generator, stable light and the Internet

Schedule: full-time employment (schedule 5/2, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) during the adaptation period, after that, a shift schedule.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• communicability, energy, positivity, attention to detail and responsibility.
• level of English intermediate (B1) and the ability to communicate competently and fluently with a native speaker
• experience in the service sector (restaurant business, call center) will be an advantage
