We are inviting a Sales Manager for e-commerce to join our team.

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

• Responsibility for the implementation of the online store sales plan
• Formation and optimization of the sales funnel of the online store (from the request to closing the order)
• Managing the operational work of the online store (organization and control of the process of processing and successful closing of online store orders)
• Team management (online store managers, direct managers)
• Quality control of processing customer requests, ensuring compliance with service standards
• Development of up-selling and cross-selling in the process of communication with customers (calls, chats, direct)
• Formation of daily and regular operational reporting
• Optimization of online store processes in order to increase conversion, average check and number of products in the order.

Professional experience

• Experience of working in an online store / e-commerce in an operational or management position from 1-2 years
• Experience management of a team of online store operators / managers
• Practical experience of active sales, additional sales and work with the sales funnel (calls, chats, direct)
• Experience in execution and control of a sales plan
• Sure knowledge of 1C (work with orders, statuses, payments)
