We are looking for a specialist for the position "BlaBlaCar Customer Support Manager with knowledge of Serbian, Croatian and English languages". The direction of the project is the world's largest online platform for finding car companions.

Your functional duties:
- Support users in the mode of incoming chats and letters;
- Accept calls from users of the online platform in Czech and Slovak languages;
- Analyze problems encountered by users and find options for solving the problem;
- Support customers in solving technical issues related to the software;
- Help customers choose the most optimal ambassador package;
- Collect feedback from customers for improvement services.
Our expectations from the candidate:
- You communicate freely and write fluently in Czech and Slovak;
- You have an intermediate level of English and are ready to undergo training in English;
- A confident level of using a computer and office software;
- You have desire to help customers;
- Experience in the field of customer support (will be an advantage).
